"Quando chegamos fomos recebidos por uma funcionária extremamente mal humorada. Nos bombardeou com todas as proibições, falando que fumantes não são bem-vindos, e só falava de multas e punições. Quando entramos no quarto pedi um lençol extra, ela não entendeu e questionou 3x. Disse que ninguém nunca havia pedido e não sabia quanto custava. Afinal, tudo é punição e multa. Não nos sentimos bem recebidos e nem acolhidos em nosso momento de descanso. Não fumo, mas tenho parentes que fumam e jamais os...

"It was a very cozy place to stay and spend the night. We actually got our tour just outside the resort and brought back right to it. They left us leave our bags at the front desk, go on the tour, and shower before continuing our trip. The management and staff were very thoughtful and friendly."

Very clean, and well equipped with quality biodegradable toiletries and well cleaned towels (very important for me). The staff is kind, and helpful. The perfect luxury experience with spa massages on site for booking and room service. Jetted tub room highly recommend :) "
