"The room was clean and comfortable. You do hear the doors slam and we were next to some late nighters so that was a small downside but alot of hotels have this issue. The staff were great and Marc the concierge was very helpful and attentive. The staff at the hotel are great and the hotel is nice and on a not as busy street. Very close to most things. Can walk anywhere."

"This hotel was beyond beautiful and elegant-- the rooms, the front desk staff, the amenities were so lovely. The ambiance was stunning and it had that ultra high end boutique feel...The moment I walked in to my room it smelled so clean and fresh, it was just beyond beautiful (and FLAWLESSLY clean). The staff was so welcoming and helpful! I highly recommend staying here. The location is super central to everything you need. My only little note would be to add robes and slippers :)"

"Google maps took us right there but it was not so obvious. This is a neighborhood apartment building. The hotel occupies a couple of floors in the building. We had to call the hotel number so that a person could let us in. No issues coming and going after we received entry code. Staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. "Heart of downtown. Close to everything. You can walked to one side to the places and beyond a d thw other side to the Parque (equivalent to central park) and back. Great location. "The room was sufficient, but a bit small. The lift worked but was very small—only 1 person at a time. The location was excellent, in the middle of everything and very walkable. It would have been nice to have ice available, but the 24 hour pizza stop just down the street is happy to sell some.
