"There are not many decent options to stay in Aguas Calientes. This hotel is one of the best you can find there. Perfectly located. I strongly recommend to choose a room facing the river. "This was an ok Hotel. Morning Breakfasts was great. The server was very helpful. The hotel is on the top of the hill in Aguas Calientes. If you are just adjusting to heights when you get there you going to feel it. Once you are there you will think twice to go down again. LOL. The room was ok, only the bathtub was a plastic one and when you step in the middle will bend and you will think will break. aother than that room was ok w a view of the shops around. Close to waterfalls and natural hot tubs."

"The hotel offered to help with luggage to and from the train station. This was amazing and so helpful. The rooms were very clean and the fact that it included breakfast was also very nice. The only reason I gave a 4 star is the trash on street walking down to hotel. I felt safe at the hotel."

"I highly recommend this hotel. It’s super close from the train station and you can walk everywhere. Staff is extremely kind and willing to help with general needs or questions about the area. Rooms are clean and water pressure was awesome! There is some noise but that’s not on them at all. The town is full of activities and things happening. I’ll stay here again for sure :)"

"What a great group of friendly staff! From arriving at the train station to be met by Ruben who took care of the luggage, got us into the bus and by the time we were up at the hotel our bags were ready for us. Upon arrival we were greeted by Anthony "our shaman". Took care of every detail and gave us a lot of historical information. Have to say everyone from the front desk to the restaurant and bar were excellent and made our (short) stay worth it. Thanks to all!"

"We loved our stay at this place. The steps to get up to the hotel is intimidating but there is a secret elevator that can take you up most of the way through Gringo Bill hotel (learn to use this, very important). The hotel is situated on the hills right above the main square so very convenient once you get down. The room was very nice with good hot shower and water pressure. I would definitely consider staying here again on future trip. We did not have the breakfast but it look very basic."
