"Worst hotel experience ever. Room was not booked when reservations were made. Paid too much for the room. Headboards missing. 2 very small pillows on beds. Box spring was very brown and stained up. Looked out the window to see about 15 mattresses by the dumpster like there was a history of bedbugs. ..."
