"Check in stunk. There was no one at desk for 30 minutes to help. We were so tired. The manager finally came and found someone. He did give us a free drink for the trouble. The property is lovely except for construction. It's a great location. We paid big bucks for 2 rooms, at least have one free bottle of water and more than 1 coffee pod and no stir stick. I had to use my toothbrush for the morning. Saturday night and the bar closing at 10 pm did not make us happy. . "

"We were in the area for a stop on our 4 day road trip. This area is small & quaint and the chain motels have very high rates. This little gem is an updated older motel in very good repair. "The property was nice and everything, but the neighbor was completely rude. Wanted us to turn all the lights off and use candles and be quiet at 830... um like excuse me while im on vacation... we had to deal with him cursing our children for swimning in the pool almost every night of our 4 night stay... i will not return for that reason"

"I knew from reading reviews that this is an older property and thus was lacking in some respects. I was ok with that, but I was very disappointed to see how dirty things were when we arrived.
