"We were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. We were able to check in early. That was great for my daughter to get ready for the graduation. The staff was so nice and helpful. The room was clean and looked new. We loved it. It was convenient t to the Blue Cross Arena, the venue for the graduation. I am handicap. There was ample parking for us. I would stay here again. I recommend it for the location, cleanliness and the wi derful staff. Thank you. Eugenia."

"First off the lobby smelled amazing. The rooms were spacious, and there was on-site parking. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. There was a gentleman that worked the bar & café area in the evening; He was exceptionally nice and accommodating, one of the best parts of our visit."

"This is our second stay here and we loved it both times! We decided to go for the level up in rooms this time and it was totally worth it for the bathtub, kitchen, and living room area. It was so nice that we decided to change our evening plans one of the days we were in town to just lay around and enjoy the room. We will be coming back!"

One elevator out of commission and the other very badly worn signage. Push a button. See what happens. Room was a great size. Very comfy and clean bed. No air conditioning. Hadn’t been turned on yet. Room was hot even with the window open. Food left in mini fridge and garbages from previous occupant. Ceiling collapsing in bathroom. Shower head...

"We arrived late around 1 am in the night, just had to reach out to the reception at 6PM to generate the keys which let us in. Everything was seamless. During our 1 day stay we found receptionist & hotel staff to be courteous & friendly & accommodating to our custom request of late checkout at 11:45 am as well. Hotel is well located, walkable starbucks & chipotle nearby ticks the box of caffeine + food needs to get you on the road as well."

"The establishment was very clean, what I liked the most was the hallways were bright. Breakfast was really good. Had options. My room was:clean, smelled clean, very spacious for 4 people. Didn't feel cramped. The outside area has stores, restaurants. One negative. My room the shade was broken. So bright! light day and night. I let front desk know. They were nice and said to give a complaint to headquarters. NO one to fix it. BUT otherwise I would stay again."

"Jacuzzi impossibly slow, low, flow to fill, Massive plumbing problems - water on floor inside the bathroom and the main room night before seemed to be from getting in out of Jacuzzi. But next day seems to be coming from a persistent drip in wall and possibly from under the floor of bathroom. All water off but continuous dripping sound all night. Shower fixtures rock back and forth 2-3 inches when you touch the fixture to turn it on. wall around pipes cracked. Wall & paint around bathroom...

"Housekeeping was every two weeks, if you wanted clean sheets you had to bring dirty sheets to front desk for trade it and you had to make beds. Clean towels were available when you brought dirty towels for exchange at main desk. Beds were not firm at all. I think they were used. If breakfast was supplied, we were never told about it. I left with 5 nights remaining on my paid reservation but they would not refund any money. I wouldn’t recommend that place to my worst enemy."
