"Firstly fantastic staff. Nothing too much trouble. Lovely well stocked bar area. Fabulous breakfast. Very clean. Free parking to the rear of the property. Central location. We stayed as we were attending a wedding so didn’t really explore much but what we saw was very nice. Bedrooms were basic but this was obviously reflected in the price. "Very happy overnight stay in a family room for a family of four. Very homely atmosphere, the hotel is an older building so a bit quirky but nothing to detract from being comfortable. Played table tennis and pool on the small & unbalanced table - all good fun for non-serious players. Food was good too."
