Deadbolt to leave the room jammed and I could not exit. Attempted to call front desk and realized there was no phone in room. Finally made it out and all hotel did was move my room, no offer of an upgrade of compensation. Checked out a day early and they still charged the full stay.

Majestic Hotel Eastbourne by Belvilla
Hi The room was very cold with no heating but the other problem was guests making insulting remarks in the hall towards Indian people. I have asked directly for a full refund because I feel completely insulted. I have not heard back and I am still waiting. Thank you

No loo roll in room and when I asked at reception for toilet rolls to be sent to room, I was informed that they don’t do room service and if we had wanted special requests in room then we should have emailed 24 hours before arrival - to be honest ...
