"The Chatsworth Hotel, Eastbourne, is marketed as a 5-star hotel, but my experience fell far short of that standard. In my view, even a 3-star rating would be difficult to justify based on the room quality, facilities, and service I received. At over £200 per night, I expected a comfortable room and attentive service. Instead, I was given a very basic room with only a partial sea view. There was no minibar, no slippers, and the shower had visible stains. These are not the standards most guests...

"Great location, staff was very friendly and cooked us a very tasty breakfast. Room was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Street parking was very full so had to park one street away but promenade and restaurants are all within walking distance so no need to move the car after securing a spot."
