"Staff members are very respectful and responsive to anything you need or feel free to ask any questions. The lady up front was such a sweetheart and she was so helpful and kind and tried to make sure that our reservation was correct and we didn’t have to worry about doing it over after it had messed up on us. Thanks to that lady because she was so kind and you don’t get that much kindness anymore especially at hotels."

"Process from booking to check-in was easy. The managers at both check-in and check-out were attentive and helpful. There were some patrons outside that were a little loud when we first got there, but we were able to sleep well. Everything was clean and air conditioning was cool. Nearby restaurants made our morning easy to get back on the road. "
