"Highly recommend this property. Friendly and helpful staff, clean, quiet and safe with huge parking lot. My room was spacious with a comfy king bed, sofa bed, fridge, big flat screen, big desk area, strong wi-fi, and a big window to open for fresh air. The staff were friendly and the room we had faced the bay, which we requested, for additional fee from the Expedia priced room, which faced the train station. It was near some stores and walkable mall. The breakfast bar had the typical eggs, sausage and hotcakes but it had the full complement of cereals and fruits."

"Hotel Griffon was a quaint hotel with lots of charm. It gives the vibes of a much older San Francisco. The staff were lovely and couldn’t help but to enjoy our stay. "This was the first time I had stayed at the Hyatt and my mom's first time in San Francisco. From the time we checked in and were helped bring our bags to our room, we were incredibly happy. The service was amazing. Every staff member we interacted with was fantastic and very kind. The room was lovely and cozy. The location was great; it was right in the middle of everything which made it easy to stay busy. We will definitely be returning to the Hyatt!"
