East Central Shelby hotels from RM255

"This was one of the absolute worst hotel experiences I've had in my 38 years of life. My room was DISGUSTING! Dust everywhere, dirty floors that had not been vacuumed in some time, stains on couch pillows, curtains, and comforter. The counters were not clean and had some type of residue on them, the wood panels around the room were scuffed up and/or scratched. The coffee mugs were dirty. There were drink rings on the night stand and the desk. The bathroom glass shower doors had a weird film on them. I had to go to the store to buy Clorox wipes and Lysol. The room was cleaner when I left than it was while I was there. If I could give 0 stars I would. The only positive experience was breakfast."

"This facility seems more of a homeless camp than a hotel nothing worked right the elevator took forever to pick up floors my hot water needed repair and my card was charged an unauthorized fee first 250. Then 50. After the 250 did not go through no one ever mentioned that my card sent a notification well after I had my cold shower. Aside from all this malarkey I slept well"

"Loved the location and atmosphere of the hotel. Great coffee shop and bar in the lobby. All of the staff was amazing and the hotel is very clean. The rooms are very cool, loved the industrial look. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. "

"We were placed in the original room we booked and several lamps and the Television didn't work. We called MULTIPLE times to have maintenance look at the issues and went to the front desk several times to inquire about the issues. After a night of staying in the room where nothing worked they transfered us to a different room. That was fine except upon checkout we were UPCHARGED for THEM switching our room!! The staff, obviously, couldn't fix the problems so instead of owning their mistakes they told us to change rooms then charge us $100s of dollars more for a room we didn't even book (also the room they switched us to was much smaller and a considerable downgrade from the original room booked, which baffles me as to why it would cost more!)"

"Friendly staff. Hotel is older and needs renovations still. Not what we expected from the pics. Parking is not free. "
