"My stay was wonderful. The staff at check in was so kind and helpful. The room was clean and beautiful. At Breakfast there was everything anyone could want. Whenever I travel again I will be looking for Fairfield Hotel to stay in."

"The room was clean and smelled fresh. The problem came in when I had to move rooms because the cable on the tv in the original room was not working. I didn’t mind the room change it was when I woke up the next morning to leave the hotel both elevators on the property were not working. I didn’t mind walking down the steps it was my 73 year old grandmother that I was worried about. She was completely out of breath by the time we made it from the third floor to the first floor. "The room and property was extremely dirty. You can clearly tell the rooms were not vacuumed properly. The bathroom floor is was always dirty. I mentioned my concerns to the front desk and the girl just gave me a blank stare, she didn’t care. The hotel, lobby, hallways smelled like weed, I couldn’t wait to leave. The breakfast looked disgusting we never tried it. Save your money and look at another hotel that isn’t in desperate need of a full remodel."

"What I did not like -- 1. Hotel was not up to Holiday Inn Express standards. 2. Room smelled musty 3. Breakfast - ? 4. THIS ONE will cause me not to stay at this location again. When we arrived and checked in on a Friday night for only one night. A $150.00 hold was placed on my charge card. This was in addition of the nightly charge of $150.00. I WAS NOT TOLD OF THIS AMOUNT OR TRANSACTION...We would not have stayed. This charge did not credit back till the following Friday...A WEEK..I did...

"We got there. The A/C was not working at the lobby and hallways. The Ice machine was not working on all 3 floors except the 1st floor. The room did not cool under 70 degrees. We set on 66 and it would not get any cooler. Also they told us housekeeping was every other day. After we came back from Memphis for the day. We did not have clean towels. Had to go to the front desk to retrieve those..I I will not stay at that location again."

"I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room and common areas did not meet basic cleanliness expectations, and it was clear that housekeeping standards need improvement. Unfortunately, the staff also wasn’t very helpful when I had questions or needed assistance. While no hotel is perfect, I expect a clean room and attentive customer service, and this property fell short on both. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again unless significant improvements are made."
