"This hotel was awesome. Very clean and well kept. The staff was much more than friendly. They were helpful, and seemed like their mission was to take care of the guests.Parking was plentiful. They have a buffet and omlet bar for breakfast. The buffet was awesome. The omlet bar was good, but about the 2nd day there, the cook was burning the omelets because he was leaving the pans on the hot burners empty. Other than that, everything was great. We were on the 8th floor, which is a special floor where snacks and drinks are included. They come around in the early afternoon and replenish your snacks. Great experience. Will stay there again the next time we go to Nashville. "

"This property is brand new and perfect spot for shopping and dining. It's extremely walkable and has a lovely park and nice neighborhoods w family friendly young couples primarily. It's only about 10 minutes from downtown, Vanderbilt and Green Hills in any direction. The staff was phenomal, especially "Special K" - Kimberly and Katherine at night."

"Room lights weren’t working, heat wasn’t working well. Sink didn't drain correctly. Tv wasn’t clear. It was fine for a quick overnight by the airport. Check in person was very friendly. "

"We stayed for just one night, and overall had a great experience. The ladies at the front desk were exceptionally friendly, engaging, and welcoming, which made check-in a breeze. The hotel and our room were spotless and had a fresh, modern feel. We also appreciated the $15 credit to use at the onsite restaurant—it was a nice touch. We used it for breakfast, and the kids loved their pancakes, bacon, and fruit. The younger server working that morning was especially friendly and hardworking, which made our meal even more enjoyable. The only downside was the parking fee ($10 per night). I had called the hotel before-hand and was told parking was included for guests, so that was a bit disappointing. Still, aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. "

"Love this hotel! We’ve stayed here several times now and have had excellent service from the front desk the bar/food and our shuttle driver to the airport. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was pretty good. We will stay there again."
