"The only thing lacking was a mirror in the room. Bathroom had the only mirror in the handicap room. Difficult to get dress without a full length mirror."

"The property was beautiful. The area around it was beautiful, too. Our room smelled good the minute we entered it. Breakfast was yummy- the bacon was awesome. The fruit was plentiful and fresh. Staff was very friendly. We would love to stay here again."

"We have stayed here multiple times due to the proximity to downtown Franklin. It is a nice, new hotel which is very clean and quiet. We love the Tru brand for it's modern, well-thought-out rooms that have everything you need in a perfect layout. We especially love the lobby where there is plenty of space to work, socialize, or play games. The breakfast is very good, and the staff are always very helpful. "

"We stayed here for a cheerleading competition and honestly had a great experience. The room was clean, the grounds were well kept, and the pool was nice and clean too (which is a big deal when you’ve got kids). Breakfast was a win — plenty of options, so nobody was stuck eating something they didn’t want. The on-site playground was a huge bonus for us and kept the kids entertained without having to go anywhere else. The price was fair for everything you get, and the location couldn’t have worked...

"Freezing pool, dirty towels, no real blinds so flood lights were blinding, no drain stoppers, flickering lights, super small trash cans, smells like cigarettes and wet dog, and stains on the comforter. The only decent thing was the main staff guy and the breakfast was alright. The orange juice and apple juice were out of order one of the days and the hot water for tea barely came out. I would not stay there again even if I was bribed."

"Bed bugs in our room and had to move rooms which split up our group from 3 women in 2 queens to 1 woman alone in a single king and 2 in another king. I appreciate us moving- front desk staff was great, but bed bugs are not okay and it was obvious with spots on the mattress. Someone should have caught that before you placed someone in the room. Completely grossed out. Also TV in new room did not work."

"Room was clean however we found dirty socks in top of closet shelf and we had no hot water in the evening when returned to hotel after 9pm only warm water temperature. Breakfast was simple and no gluten free options or protein (meat) just fruit, yogurt, cereal and waffles."

"No cups, no hair dryer, no bar soap, no shampoo or conditioner etc, TV was awful, could not even pickup local channel 5. Price was really good, so I guess one should expect a lot of amenities, but there should at least be drinking cups. Parking was okay. Room was very clean & bedding was clean. Also, wasn't expecting a 50 dollar deposit for damage. I am 80 years old, so only damage I could cause would be if I accidently fell. "

"Our room was clean and larger than expected. There were any double queen rooms left, but the king with the tocca bed worked perfectly for our family of four! Breakfast had lots of options and staff did a wonderful job of making sure everything was stocked as it was a very busy due to kids sporting event that must have been going on. Great location as well!"

"Front desk lady was very nice at check in. Location was great. However the area wasnt the best. Right behind hotel is a gas station. I believe people living out of cars. There was a run down rv parked under my window. Dog barking constantly. I thought it was in hotel. Called 3 times anout it. 2nd phone call front desk man maybe a little snippy said he made rounds after first call couldnt find anything. He seemed irritated that I was complaining. I explained I had to get up early and...
