"The room was as basic as it gets. There was no in-room coffee or tea. Coffee was served out of a big cylindrical coffee maker in the lobby. No morning breakfast. The website said they had memory foam mattresses but my room was a spring mattress…..and this is really weird, the spring bed mattress was turned upside down so that you would be laying on the unpadded bottom. "My and my friends had the worst time at this hotel. The pool was under construction, and the entire hotel was so cold that the front office gentleman was wearing a coat the whole time. My partner is allergic to the cold and had such a bad reaction we had to leave the hotel early to take her to the hospital. I honestly would love a refund. This was an awful experience. "

"Overall ok stay here. There was food smell when we checked in. The host only gave us very little shampoo and there was no washer and dryer even though the listing says they are provided.
