"I couldn’t fault this hotel and resort at all - the bedroom was lovely and clean. The food and drink was fab and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. Dollywood was great and so was pigeon forge - there was so much to do"

"Location was great. The sofa and carpet was worn. The bathroom sink faucet had toothpaste splatters on the handles. There were dirty fingers prints on the white bathroom door. Other than these things the room was great an we enjoyed our stay. Loved being able to go out on the balcony and watch the river flow by. I would stay again just maybe check for a more updated room that had been cleaned properly. "

"The one thing that I loved about this facility was that it was family-friendly My grandbabies loved it there was something for everyone to do and whether it be sitting on the balcony watching traffic or watching other people come in and go out sitting in the jacuzzi in the outside or indoor pool or enjoying the water slides or the pools in general it was very nice. And there were other activities to Build-A-Bear to name one of my kids' favorite"

"I’ve stayed at a lot of places, and for $70 a night, I haven’t stayed at a better place. It’s not a 4 star by any means, but it was clean, my room was updated with a nice also clean bathroom. Great location. Safe Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"Our stay was terrific. We enjoyed the breakfasts and the evening gatherings. The food was hot and tasted great. The hostess was quite helpful and charming. We appreciated the parking garage right next door. The activities within were great, and we enjoyed the atmosphere. The rooms were quite spacious, and all the amenities were available. We had a little trouble with the TV, but the nice man was able to fix the problem right away. It was so nice to have the walking path that led to the...

"Staff were accommodating and switched our room when we realized we were stuck in a room with zero windows and not a nice location. They moved us next day and we were thankful. We did not receive new towels daily and that wasn’t nice but we survived. Great location and quiet spot! We come back every Easter and look forward to our yearly visit "
