"This was a perfect little spot for me to spend one night since I was in town for a show at the Turlock Community Theater. It was going to be too late to drive back to the Bay Area. "No one mentioned the train the comes by at all hours of the night and blows its horn! Awful! The air conditioning was loud and we couldn’t keep it on. There was no phone, no Kleenex. There was ONE piece of soap for two people. The room, was clean! But I’ll never stay there again! Elsie, was nice but I guess she’s afraid we’d steal something because she requires a 50.00 deposit before you get your key! And she had to check the room before we left. Nope, we will never go back"

"Honestly, it was a very old looking property. Their rooms weren’t up-to-date. You could see worn out paint and it just looked worn out and dated it just looked like a low budget hotel because it was Wyndham. I felt secure, but if I could’ve canceled and got a refund, I would have and stayed someplace else. I won’t say there again. I took my girlfriend there and honestly, I was embarrassed as I said if I could’ve gotten a refund, I would have and if I had the money, I would’ve just left and paid...

"I found the staff demonstrated over & above customer service..I felt comfortable snd safe. It’s a family place for a safe stay while you come & go.. the parking was well lit as well. I was traveling alone to attend a wedding and other families were coming & going to soccer games..with that said, it’s important families and people traveling alone feel comfortable and safe. "Upon our arrival the receptionist was pleasant and friendly and the check-in process was straightforward. We were given the option of taking a ground floor room which was helpful as it meant that we could easily transport our luggage to our room. Parking was convenient to the hotel entrance. Although the hotel is located close to the Interstate, our room was quiet and had the usual amenities. "This is a great stay in Modesto. I come to town about every 6-8 weeks for work and always stay here. This time I looked at a Marriott property (I have status with Marriott) and was not at all impressed due to homelessness and watching a woman go through all their garbages and hopping the fence to someone patio.
