Just a bit weird: no light switch for main lights in the room, had to take out the key card, no coffee, no ironing board, slippers or robe. Seemed a bit strange for the highest priced room with two Marshall amplifiers and a glass shower. People were friendly and helpful and the vibe is cool though.

We loved our say. Staff always friendly & helpful, Comfortable lounge, nice bedroom with good views. 15 minutes walk from main station; could easily have used public transport, but preferred to walk. Ruby Luna hotel was in a good location. Walkable to Alldstadt (old town) and restaurants and shopping. Rooms were bright and clean. Robert and the rest of the staff were cheerful and accommodating and fun to chat with. Would recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel...needs better housecleaning

Nice hotel. Bar downstairs stayed busy. My only complaint is the housecleaning never came to the room in the 3 days we were there. It would have been nice to get fresh towels since those were very limited in the room.
