"I feel very mixed about this hotel. The staff was quite nice checking us in, the pool seemed nice, and the restaurant was fairly nice as well. The halls smelled, our door did not lock (like not even a little bit), and a staff member opened our door two hours before checkout without knocking (and without using a key, just pushing the very unlockable door open). Luckily they had a safe, and no other incidents occured. "

"This property was really nice! The staff was super friendly and helpful and it has great onsite amenities such as a day spa, pool, and pretty decent dining. The area around is a little sketchy but Durban is on the more developing side of living."

"This is a nice hotel I happily use for short stays in the area. This is a good choice for me as it is close to the local bars and restaurants, there are some really nice ones there. The hotel is clean and modern and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. They do a nice breakfast. All good for the price. "
