"Me and my mum had a fabulous stay at the hotel. The staff were all really nice and helpful, the room was lovely and cosy and clean, and the location of the hotel could not have been better. We had breakfast included in our stay and were so glad we did as the restaurant was in a beautiful spot overlooking the park and the food was really nice with plenty of choice. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Beatiful old building carefully decorated.Room was spacious elegant and spotless.staff were friendly and helpful.Organised trip to Auschwitz for us.excellent service.Breakfast was amazing and the breakfast room was quiet and peacefull.We requested a room overlooking the square and were delighted with our 4th floor room with small balcony and view across the square and the lovely Chrismas tree.Thank you for a woderful weekend.Will definatey return and recommend to others"

"The apartment was as described and actually better than the photos. Warm, clean, spacious & comfortable. Check in via a code & lock box was simple. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay."

"Clean room, comfortable bed, good choice for breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Hotel in a quiet street but within 2mins of main square and 10mins from main train station, 25mins from airport. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and would definitely choose again if returning to Kraków."

"What a beautiful hotel. The receptionist was welcoming and spoke perfect English. The decor with the mix of old and new was really well done, fresh and spotlessly clean. Nice touches with cups and saucers, iron, safe and a long shoe horn i didn't know I needed in my life until now!! We enjoyed the sauna which was free to use. Brilliant location to explore the old town and elsewhere in Krakow. Would definitely stay here again. "

"O hotel é bem localizado, ao lado da praça principal. Muitos lugares para comer e visitar. Os quartos são grandes, camas confortáveis, banheira e chuveiro ótimos. Há água grátis, assim como a cafeteira no quarto para se servir gratuitamente também. A recepção é ótima, tirou todas as dúvidas, inclusive reservou os tours da Mina de Sal e Auschwitz (pagamentos em cash, não aceitava cartão) e nos atenderam super bem. Sobre a cidade: espetacular. Povo animado, vida noturna fascinante e ótimos...
