"The room was lovely! Clean, very spacious and comfortable! Staff were friendly however upon arrival we were told several times there would be someone to help us with our bags but there was just a small girl there and she said she could not help. We are on holiday for 2 weeks and had 2 very heavy bags. We were told they were on the 2nd floor.. but that is also not true. We climbed 4 flights of stairs by ourselves with a total of 90 pounds of bags. We did not appreciate the misinformation. "

"A great set up for strangers wanting to visit the beautiful city of Krakow. Very comfortable accommodation with warm and welcoming host who is happy to help with airport transfers and provide recommendations to make sure you get the most out of your visit (not to mention cake and sweet treats!). "The cleanliness of the hotel and room was excellent, as was the staff. The breakfast was very good, highly recommend the omelette. The fact you could hang the little bag on your bedroom door too, to prevent the cleaner changing your towles and bedsheets for economical benefits was a lovely touch. This also resulted in a little treat being left in the bag when we returned each day. Great hotel, great staff, and a beautiful city."
