"We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and fresh and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pet area was convenient and well maintained. The pool area was nice and well maintained. We used the pool numerous times. The lobby area set up with tables was convenient for our family members to meet and visit. We would definitely stay there again in the future and would recommend to others."

"This hotel was disgusting. The rooms were nasty with stains on the mattress and sheets. It looked like it had never been cleaned. The sheets had rips in them. The towels and bathroom were unsanitary. We checked out early and found a different hotel to stay in because the property was so nasty."

"This is an older, roadside motel with a beautiful setting and lots of character. New ownership since 2023 have made great improvements. Bedding is great, floors are vinyl/wood-look. New fixtures in bathroom and dressing area. Breakfast area was tiny, but offered a surprising ample selection and GREAT coffee. The room felt a bit "cold". A few improvements in the available seating, a little touch-up paint on doors and mirror frames and this could easily become a boutique hotel in high demand....

"I would not recommend this property. It was more like a shelter or a hostel. The mattress had a plastic case around it. The sheets were threadbare and the couch worn and filthy. There’s no overnight front desk staff one of the first rules of the hotel is not to get involved with police activity around the property. I booked for two nights but stayed one. I chose to sleep on my son‘s couch the second night."

"The lady when we checked in was great. Later that evening we found that our room was infested in American cockroaches. They were in the curtains, and on the wall. When we let the front desk know, there was no apology. This left us with no hotel. There was no vacancy at other hotels for miles. Turned our trip into an absolute nightmare."

"Staff consistently kept giving me incorrect keys for my room. Maintenance had to open my door and I had to keep going downstairs to get my key rekeyed because they did not setup the key properly. This happened checking in and when I came back from a long day at the convention center. Night staff was also rude and not very helpful"
