"The hotel itself and the rooms are extremely beautiful and clean. However, outside is full of homeless people. Some are mentally ill and others are drug addicts and highly aggressive."

"I am in the very back of the hotel, and there's a good little walk to get to my room to the front desk. It's been extremely hot and one day I had to walk around the entire complex carrying groceries I had just bought, which included a gallon of milk. At any rate, that was not fun. I just don't understand ..."

"Overall this was a wonderful hotel! I would definitely recommend and stay anytime I am in Louisville! I gave 4 stars only because we weren’t told we needed pool passes at check in. We were literally in the pool and was told we needed to leave and get the passes."
