"It’s a great location and our hotel room was clean and had everything we need. Just checking in process person didn’t give us proper details of the elevators to the to get to our room which wasn’t a big deal but I think they should explain it better. Highly recommend anyways "

"Check in time is too late 4 pm , and check out is too early 11 am ; the room was left 2 empty bottles next to the bed, for sure housekeeping didn’t change the bed linens "

"This was the first time my husband & I stayed at The American Hotel, we've stayed at plenty of Hilton Hotels in the past. From the moment we parked our car with Valet to the moment we checked out we were pleasantly surprised with ALL the staff!! The American Hotel Atlanta Downtown is a very clean and nicely designed hotel. When we were looking for food after checking in, the front desk staff suggested we try the wings and fries at the restaurant inside the Hotel, which turned out to be a hit!! We choose this Hotel because it is walking distance to the State Farm Arena where we were attending an event. Walking there we noticed lots of things to do. I didn't get everyone's name but at some point I did interact with Renee who just happened to give me a card with her name. Thanks Renee and Team you guys were great and very helpful. "Room was very nice and clean. i was even able to check in early aswell. I made use of the basketball court and i had a great time. Highly Recommend this property if you stay in Atlanta!"
