"Although my wife and I had terrible problems getting to the hotel, but it was worth it for the amazing views we had once we got there. We arrived by train at Bubikon, and had hoped there would be a bus that would take us up to the hotel, but they only went half way. A taxi would have been very expensive, but, fortunately a very kind lady offered to drive us up to the hotel. The hotel was lovely. The staff were very kind, happy and helpful, and the food was superb. We only stayed one night but...

The only real complaints were that we lacked pillows (only two very small pillows, fortunately we had packed our own) and that the apartment had no A/C.
