Beautiful apartment in the heart of Dubrovnik’s old town. The apartment had everything we needed (and more), was a good size for 3 of us, was very well kept and the hosts were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location in the Old City

Perfect location in the Old City. The property management team was friendly, professional and communicative - and we particularly appreciated all of that with our very short-notice booking. The room was relatively large and very comfortable. There's a little noise in the street below that ends a little late and starts a little early but that can't really be helped and the supplied nightstand ear plugs were a nice offering as was the white noise of the air conditioner. I'd love to stay here again.

Great hotel in convenient location

We loved the location of this hotel in Split. The room was spacious and comfortable. We could walk anywhere, the ferry was nearby.

The room was SPOTLESS. The bathroom was immaculately clean. AC worked very well, zero complaints. Located in the heart of the Old Town, it was so convenient, and I did not need to climb steps. It was also steps away from a gelato spot, and we love that for a night cap! I’d definitely stay here again, highly recommend!

Everything was good . Especially my husband didn't feel well the day we arrived. The owner kindly let us checked in 2 hours earlier so my husband could get in the room and lied down. Very appreciated.

Air conditioning, big room. Walkable to lots of attractions. Close to Pile gate (no stairs) or take stairs straight up alley to Buza gate. It was loud at night, but unfortunately that comes with staying in the city. Nice bathroom. Do conserve hot water or you will run out. Overall great stay close to a lot of things.

This is a beautiful place to stay, right in centre of town. Very easy to get to from drop-off by taxi at Pile Gate, and thankfully it's on same level as the main street, so no struggling up lots of stairs on side streets with heavy cases, as other tourists we saw had to do. You do however have to lug cases up stairs within hotel if on top floor as we were , no lift. Beautiful room, everything catered for, perfectly clean. We arrived late evening from Montenegro by ferry, but arrangements were made with lady in cafe opposite to let us in. Perfect position to explore Old Town. Highly recommended.

Adorable home in the heart of Old town Dubrovnik. Very clean and plenty of space for two people. Great shower with good water pressure. It does get a little loud, as the property is in the city but earplugs are provided.

We had such a good stay at this property. The apartment was in an amazing location, being right in the old town and therefore all the main attractions are in a walkable distance, with more than enough restaurant options around. It can get noisy at night, but after reading previous reviews and taking a good pair of ear plugs, I slept like a dream. Leonardo was a great host, checking with us when we would be arriving and saying we could leave luggage if required. I would 100% recommend staying here and would stay again if I am back in Dubrovnik

Excellent location in Old Town, very good communication, and clean accommodations. A bit of noise from the street, but that’s to be expected given the location. Nothing earplugs didn’t solve. I enjoyed my stay very much and would recommend!

Don't miss your chance to stay here!

I absolutely loved my stay at Leonarda Baroque House. The property location is perfect! Inside of Old Town with easy access to all of the historic sites, but with modern amenities. It's also easy to access the property, with your luggage, from the Pile Gate. I only stayed two nights, but will definitely be back for a longer stay. The property offers a much more comfortable setting than just a typical hotel room. And the owners were wonderful. Don't miss the chance to enjoy Dubrovnik from Leonarda Baroque House!

My stay here with my parents was wonderful. The location is great, right in the middle of the old town, with multiple landmarks and restaurants around. Access to the location is really simple, no stairs required. However, inside the property there are a few stairs to go to the bedroom. But no problem at all. The hosts were impeccable. Really recommend this stay in Dubrovnik ig you want to be inside the old town.
