Perfect location to explore Dubrovnik, being right in the Old Town. Bright and airy apartment, clean and comfortable with all you need for a short break. Good communication before and during our stay. Would strongly recommend.

This property was located in a perfect location. It is an old house and the apartment is spacious but I don't think it deserves 4 stars. There was no socket in the kitchen to plug in the coffee maker or water boiler. There were 2 sockets located under the sink for the fridge and microwave. There were no lamps on the bedside lockers. A lamp was available but it didn't work. There was a hook on the back of the bathroom door but no racks to hang towels.

This was a very conveniently located property that made exploring the old town very easy. The apartment itself was on the 3rd floor, not a problem for us, but keep in mind if you have limited mobility. There was construction nearby that started before 8am everyday and we were not notified when booking The apartment was clean and perfect for our needs, but did not look exactly like the advertised photos. We received multiple communications about rides from the airport, which we declined. We had to message first about check in and were only told to inform them when we arrived. Someone met us to walk us up to the apartment and gave us two sets of keys, one of which didn’t work. They also took photos of our passports, which we were not told about ahead of time.

The apartment took us by complete surprise. You are located in the historic city and walking distance to all the beautiful restaurants, PUBs and ice cream stores. I was amazed the apartment was located in an amazing place. We love it and will come back one day!!

Dirty Duvets, Unclean Bathroom

We had a wonderful time in Dubrovnik, Croatia. When we walked in, we realized it was not the room we booked, it looked different than in photos. However, duvets were dirty, stained, and didn’t have covers, they were not clean and freshly washed. Electrical outlet was sparking when we used it to plug in iron. Bathroom floor was dirty, part of the doorway was coming off. There was an outdoor movie theater right outside the window that was very disturbing during the evening, playing until 11:30 pm. There is no mention of the movie theater in the description. We didn’t mind the stairs all the way to the apartment but if you have difficulty walking or handicap it could be a problem. Communication was on point, landlord responded quickly.

A acomodação é super bem localizada na Old Town. Tem restaurantes próximos, mas tem tanta opção que nem conseguimos ir nesses. O cook top quebra um galho, a vista do apt é linda. As escadas são muitas para quem está com mala pesada, mas valeu a pena. Nos indicou um bom transfer e tinha uma menina muito educada que nos encontrou e direcionou à acomodação, com o AC ligado. Bem equipado o apt. Não tem arrumação nas diárias.

Fantastic apt in Old Town Dubrovnik

Can’t say enough great things about this place, staff was friendly and communication was responsive, location was in the heart of old town so everything was walkable, the place was spotless, modern and had everything we needed at the apt. It has a few flights of stairs to get to the apt but manageable. Jelena had arranged someone (Marko) come to the place to get our covid 19 swabs for our convenience which was another plus in my books. Great hotel/apt for the price, will definitely recommend!!!

Location excellent. Towels, bed linen, utensils, and flat very clean. Jelena responsive and helpful re fire extinguisher and loose electric points. Access to linen cupboard for changing towels, sheets. Airport transfers prompt and efficient. Excellent Wi fi and TV No dishwasher As advertised in apartment information. No instructions on how to operate combi microwave No quilt covers.....not hygienic unless washed after each occupancy.......unlikely! No electric socket on kitchen units meaning kettle etc needed to be used on small trolley / floor of dining area. No toaster - only sandwich maker which remained very hot for a long time. Last to points made the apartment unsuitable for small children.

Apartements Feri was perfect for our stay in Dubrovnik. My fiancé and I were there for 3 nights. We found the apartment to be more spacious than it appeared in the pictures. The bathroom (particularly the shower) is on the smaller side. It is very close to Pile gate (2 mins walking) which was convenient for moving our luggage and catching buses there. There are 3 flights of narrow stairs so it is not a good option if you need handicap accessible place or if any mobility issues. Jelena was very responsive and met us at the apartment even when our flight landed late.

Fab location

Really convenient apartment in old town. On the sea side of the town so no steps up to the apartment except for the internal ones. Modern and clean and well equipped. Well located and quiet despite the restaurants and outdoor cinema just outside. Good shower and Aircon and WiFi. Host Jelena really helpful. Able to leave our luggage there for the day after our stay. Would highly recommend this apartment. Enough room for 4 of us for a short stay.
