The property is only a couple blocks from the spire/needle and lots of shopping and restaurants. There are a few nagging maintenance issues that need to be addressed, i.e., diverter valves, door handles, window hardware, TV service (no audio for the main platform), etc. More importantly, the property is a half block from a street maintenance lot. Consequently, it is very noisy late night into early morning when these services are in full force. Ergo, leaving windows open leads to constant noise and closing them only slightly mitigates the noise from the near constant activity.

Check in location is a few minutes walk away from actual apartments, which I knew. But they dont even offer to take you or your luggage to the location. The heat didnt work and after multiple attempts to get someone they finally came over and changed our apartment to yet another apartment with no heat and limited working outlets.Customer service is none existent. It was near a shopping center and some fast food but I wouldve rather traveled for food and been comfortable.

Everything you needed was on your doorstep. Perfect location for just a 20 minute walk to Croke Park; in fact, no more than 20 minutes to just about anywhere we wanted to go.

The apartment we got allocated required us to go through 4 doors to get into our apartment, whilst there was a sense of security with this it was a big inconvenience with the quality of the locks. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable and there was no airflow whatsoever and it didn’t feel safe enough to sleep with the lounge room door open being on the ground floor. The bathroom doors were difficult to open and the bathroom in general was poorly cleaned, mould and water build up. The apartment was noisy, floor boards were squeaky and echoing. I would not stay here again due to these reasons. The location was ideal to the Temple Bar district Shopping Malls and river area.

La ubicación es ideal para moverse. El parking contratado con ellos son 15 euros y merece muchísimo la pena porque aparcar en pleno centro es difícil y caro. El apartamento es muy amplio, estuvimos en Greeg Court y tiene una terracita. La única pega son los colchones, de muelles y alguno muy muy viejo. Por lo demás todo muy bien, personal muy amable. La Recepción está a pie de calle a 3 min del apto.

L appartamento si trova al terzo piano di una palazzina in zona Parnell Street molto vicona alla via OConnell Street che conduce verso il centro storico. Appartamento con 2 camere letto comode, cucina dotata del necessario con lavastoviglie e lavatrice, pulizia buona. Il check in viene fatto presso un agenzia, accesso comodo. L appartamento è in una zona ricca di ristoranti e supermarket per poter fare la spesa qualora si voglia mangiare nell appartamento. L appartamento all interno è grande, confortevole, bagno grande pulito ,vasca-doccia un po vecchia ma funzionale.

Lägenheten låg väldigt centralt och bra. Stort plus. Stort minus på sängarna som var väldigt obekväma. Det enda vi saknade i lägenheten var en kaffekokare och bättre sängar, annars inget att klaga på.

El apartamento muy céntrico. Un poco viejo pero limpio y cómodo. No tuvimos internet en ningún momento de los dos días que estuvimos alojados.Pusimos un correo, llamamos por teléfono y nos acercamos a sus oficinas pero no conseguimos que arreglaran el problema o ni siquiera que nos dieran una explicación.Esto nos hizo tener una sensación de poco interés por su parte.
