"This place is worth every penny. So convenient from the train station. Be sure to ask them for shuttle service. It’s free from the train station. Then you don’t have to carry your luggage for 15 mins up and down the cobbled streets. The property is the most gorgeous lakeside view. Everywhere you look it’s beautiful here. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I can’t recommend this place enough."

"Staff told us we could have a taxi back from Bellagio, just give them a call. Then when we rang they said it was too late, we then had to walk over 8km back to the hotel along dark winding roads. They also made us park the car in a car park which they failed to mention was chargeable. Upon checking out we were billed twice and for more nights than we had used the car park for."
