"The room was very clean. Nothing bad to say. You will need a good car for the location of the hotel. The staff was extremely helpful. "Lovley hotel, very modern and great spot in Ksamil. Staff are friendly and helpful, they work very hard. The room was so lovely, we really really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was a little bit basic but definitely did the job. Evening/lunch food is incredible, best we had in Kasmil. The only reason I gave a four for the amenities was just because of the pool, it's not really utilised - no sunbeds etc and is very much part of the dining area which is shame, but you can see that from the pictures...
