Un hôtel d'aspect moderne à l'extérieur mais joliment décoré à l'intérieur avec des meubles en bois. Literie très confortable, petit déjeuner copieux. Seul bémol de notre point de vue, le centre historique se trouve à 30 minutes de marche avec une côte donc il fallait mieux prendre la voiture.

This hotel is a real bargain. The rooms are just beautiful with incredibly comfortable beds. It is located very near the castle, although one needs to take a taxi or bus (not walk to it), although it our case the owner volunteered to drive us to it. The owners are very helpful and speak fluent English. The breakfasts are excellent. Free parking on the street in front of hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is absolutely awesome in all respects. The craftsmanship of the interior as well as the decor immediately stands out. It's obvious that the housekeeping staff know their jobs as everything is immaculate. The extremely comfortable bed was simply the best and the breakfast was delicious. Parking was easy but this is the off season of course. I highly recommend this property.

A special thing about this hotel was the preservation of Albanian tradition with those traditional curtains and costumes that we grew up with.

Hotel muy acogedor con un servicio muy atento que hace la estancia excelente. El desayuno es variado y completo. La ubicación al no ser la mas céntrica te permite aislarte del ruido y disponer de aparcamiento y cuando te has de desplazar en coche sólo tardas 5 minutos a las atracciones turísticas. Recomendable.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome, and the level of personal service we received was exceptional. The manager went completely above and beyond for us during our stay. When I became unwell, he kindly took the time to drive me to a local chemist so I could get the medicine I needed. This act of kindness was incredibly appreciated and is something we will never forget. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and his warmth, care, and genuine concern made a difficult situation so much easier. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. Everything was immaculately clean throughout our stay, and there was a lovely personal touch that made it feel much more welcoming than a standard hotel experience. Our room was extremely comfortable, with a cosy bed and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bathroom and shower were excellent, modern, and stocked with all the amenities we could have asked for. Breakfast each morning was wonderful, with a great selection of fresh, high-quality food. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding hospitality. The manager’s kindness and dedication to his guests are second to none. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and genuinely caring experience

Beautiful hotel, newly built last year. Beautifully decorated in Albanian style and lots of Albanian pictures/artefacts etc on show. Room was very comfortable and a good size, shower was lovely. Breakfast was great, was made when we arrived in morning and brought out to us fresh. This included some hot Albanian foods, fruit, juice, coffee, cake. Lovely! Staff very friendly and helpful and the manager gave us a lift up to the town at night. Location great, just about 10 minute walk to bus station, 20mins or so up to the start of the walk to the castle/old bazaar. Free WiFi was good. No complaints at all, highly recommend! I willl be returning next time I am in Albania for sure 😃

Very nice hotel for our specific needs during our 1 night stay in late Dec 2025. Spacious and clean room for three people. Decor gives you a sense of Albania with dominant wood design as well as modern features. Reception was more of a host than a staff member as he accompanies you to your room to make sure that everything is in order and if you have any questions. He is welcoming, friendly, humble, and extremely hard working. Not a buffet style breakfast but an individual plate with more than enough variety of fruit/vegetable/hot items to get you started exploring the city. I do compare this hotel to the 2.5/3 star hotels in United States. I chose this hotel because of the ~10 walking from main bus terminal location. This is important to me. I could have chose a hotel closer to old bazaar or castle but walking up the steep cobble stone roads with luggage is not what I wanted. A supermarket on location is an added plus for my family if we needed to buy any snacks or drinks. Now for the negative experience which can be avoided is if you know that you will arrive earlier than 2pm check-in, call hotel as the host may not be on location despite what Orbitz says. This may help you drop off luggage to explore and not wait. Maybe during summer this doesn’t exist. Secondly, during colder off season months, our room heating did not work fast when started at 10C and took 12 hours of continuous heating to reach 20C. So maybe call host to preheat room before check-in.
