"I didn’t have the best experience. First of all, we paid $250/night which is not cheap for this type of hotel, but it was during the World Cup so I can’t complain about the price. We got there at 11:30pm and we waited for 30min after a long day of flights because nobody was at the reception, we literally had no clue what to do, so we just waited. The receptionist was very kind and apologized and said she was working in more than one location at the same time, that’s why she wasn’t present when...

"We came to attend the world cup game in Dallas and our experience was great, the location is great close to the airport and West Irving station, 20 minutes drive to downtown Dallas, great location with many amenities around"

"The room was nice & clean! However, the elevator door tried to close on me, and my husband literally had to pry it open. It would not open, and he was literally holding it open with his arms to keep it from closing. Also, when we returned to the airport, the first shuttle driver was rude and tried to squeeze my family of four into two seats in the van, and there was no room for our luggage.. I had to call and get a new shuttle for us."
