I traveled recently to Dresden for the Christmas Markets. Motel One Zwinger was perfectly located within easy walking distance of all the markets and was perfectly situated in regards to the historical district of Dresden. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel bar was convivial. I am a mature solo female Traveler and I felt very safe in the area around the hotel. Happy Travels!

This is a great location near the sights of Dresden, easily reachable by tram from the train station. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, lovely bar area. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Stylish hotel with friendly and competent staff. Comfortable room, but bathroom was a case of style over substance: very average towels and a rain shower which flooded onto the bathroom floor.

hotel is nice but just the breakfast was chaos, no place to sit.. you need first to go to desk to pay and then come back, during checkout time this give a line of people waiting... could not handle the amount of people during busy times... we want to the bakery close by to avoid this the second day.

The staff were very good especially Pip The rooms are small but clean however they would benefit from removing the arm chair and replacing it with some drawers. The only other thing that’s missing is a kettle a couple of cups and spoons
