"Was looking for a place to stay while in town for the powerboat race. The Douglas House fit the bill perfect perfectly. Although it is just off Duval it is in a quieter part of the neighborhood. The rooms are spacious, the bed comfortable, and the AC was quiet and worked well. There is a lovely pool area (where I saw mostly couples) and also a small veranda outside each room with seating area to relax. "We love the Inn. The only 2 things that could be better are - Room 12 there was some dirt or mold in the shower tile grout and the pillows on the bed could be a bit softer or a little less tall. This will not stop us from coming back because everything else is wonderful. This was our second stay."
