"The location is excellent, especially if you need to travel to Dulles Airport. The rooms were well maintained, and the breakfast was also very good.
We did experience some confusion regarding the shuttle service, as we received different information during our stay. Clearer communication would have made the experience smoother. However, we were still able to use the shuttle service in the end, which we appreciated."

"We missed our connecting flight by a couple of minutes due to no fault of our own. (The pkane we were on coming from Buffalo was over an hour late). Then the ticket agent at Dulles was rude and tried to tell us we weren’t even checked in to our connecting flight…we were. We sat in the airport for 10 hours waiting for the next connecting flight to Huntsville. Then it was delayed until the next day, and we had to pay for a hotel…American Airlines wouldn’t pay because they said it was air traffic...

"We love staying at Hampton Inns however they never disclosed that they only clean rooms every other day. I’m a frequent traveler and prefer to have my room cleaned every day. They will do that if you request. This issue is no one told us and after a long day I was disappointed to see my room not cleaned."
