Perfect stay !

This is a magnificent property and the owners and their team are doing everything they can to please you. We were 2 couple for 3 nights and had an extremely pleasant stay. Stunning setting in a quiet part of Provence.

Had a very pleasant one night stay (two would have been better to fully utilise the spa). Friendly staff and superb location. We had a superior room with a balcony and a partial side view. If available, i would book the next room type up with balcony and more full on view. We had breakfast here which was varied and plentiful. I briefly enjoyed the spa which was extensive with sauna, indoor pool, hamman etc. Great collection of info on all the possible walks and cycle rides in area, which was really well presented. Well done! Only (small) thing is they asked if we wanted to book for dinner a few days earlier and we said no, thinking we would eat in the village for some local ambience. But in early Oct all 6 restaurants were closed on Monday and their restaurant was fully booked. It would have been good to know that as we would have booked! But we drove to Aups which was only 20 mins away and ate there.

Una bellissima struttura alle porte (5m a piedi) di un paesino suggestivo quale è Tourtour, circondata da campagna e tanta vegetazione. Una struttura che per bellezza, servizi e disponibilità e cortesia dello staff della reception suggerisco vivamente! Però c’è stato un piccolo disguido.. un ospite indesiderato al ristorante! Per ben 2 sere su 2 un topolino di campagna… la seconda sera la presenza è stata praticamente continuativa a bordo terrazza esterna tanto che abbiamo dovuto cambiare tavolo e farci posizionare all’interno. Siamo stati anche irrisi dallo staff del ristorante, in testa il maitre, per il ribrezzo di mia moglie e la richiesta di spostamento… si vede che li sono abituati a conviverci ma a cena, anche no.. un topo, seppur piccolo e di campagna. che gira indisturbato per la sala, ai margini o meno, è un qualcosa di assurdo.. Invece, per gli addetti alla sala e gli altri ospiti che lo avevano notato, sembrava decisamente la norma. Salviamo giusto 1 giovane cameriere che pazientemente e professionalmente ci ha assistito per i cambi tavolo.

Magnifique hôtel!

C’était un merveilleux séjour. L’après midi de notre arrivé on a bien profité du spa, avant de nous balader au village de tourtour (5 min à pied du bastide) pour prendre un verre. Nous avons pris la demi pension qui franchement valait le coup, donc le soir on a dîné à l’hôtel et on a commandé ce qu’on a désiré pour le petit déjeuner lendemain, qui nous a été livré à la chambre pour profiter de la vue du balcon. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour nous échapper de la Côte d’Azur

Très bel hôtel, spa magnifique et intimiste. Ouvert de 9h30 à 19h (dommage que ce ne soit pas plus pour les belles journées de printemps et été) literie de bonne qualité chambre agréable personnel au petit soin

Hôtel agréable, nous avons pu être surclassés sans trop de suppléments. L’installation spa est excellente et très agréable, golf, tennis, etc Très belle vue. Par contre pour un 4* et une chambre prestige, même pas de mini bar/ bouilloire café, une petite bouteille pour 2 pour tout le séjour même pas renouvelée, c’est la même chose pour les cotons je trouve ça un peu limite… le restaurant est bon mais pas excellent.

Dommage

Notre séjour a été contrarié par la décision de l’hôtel de nous installer dans une grande chambre pour handicapé mal chauffée et lugubre, en rez-de-chaussée. Impossibilité de pouvoir nous changer de chambre selon la réceptionniste car l’hôtel était plein. Notre réservation avait été faite 1 mois auparavant, et la réceptionniste nous a précisé que l’hôtel nous avait prévenu par mail de la chambre qui nous avait été attribuée … hors il n’en était rien!!! Aucun mail reçu de leur part! Je précise que nous avions réservé une chambre supérieure et pas un premier prix: chambre confort. Finalement après une longue insistance la réceptionniste nous a trouvé une chambre confort (donc de la gamme en dessous) que nous avons accepté. Il n’y a eu aucun geste commercial en retour … nous avons payé le prix d’une chambre supérieure au prix d’une confort. Il est très dommage (compte tenu de la gamme de cet hôtel 4 étoiles) et étant client depuis une vingtaine d’année d’être traités de la sorte. Moralité ne prenez pas de chambre supérieure, vous risquez d’être déçu
