"Headed to my mom's funeral we made a reservation at 9:30 pm using Expedia b/c it noted that it was a pet friendly hotel. We arrived around 1 am and we were told they did not have pet friendly room available. They were kind enough to NOT refund us the money. Never again with them."

"So bad that we were only there for 30 mins and didn’t stay the night. There was a line at the check-in desk so we stood there for almost 30mins to actually get checked in. All guests 18+ need to provide their id at check-in which I wasn’t aware about. Then when we received our key cards we went to our room. The room was not like the photos and reviews at all. The pillows were flat, the sheets had stains, there was dust on every surface, and the cleaning cart was parked right in front of our door when we arrived. We let the staff know that the room did not meet our expectations and they just canceled our reservation and let me know that it was non-refundable."

"Hotel was very clean only downfall was in the middle of the night the fire alarm went off twice causing an evacuation at 2am and 4am for no apparent reason. "

"Clean room. Bed was too hard. Chair was broken down. Breakfast area was not kept up."

"Yes, breakfast was very good. Lots of options to select for breakfast. Room very clean and comfortable bed. Internet access fine. No problems. Would stay again at the Hampton."
