"You have to paid extra for the parking lot $32.00 , not free. Some of the staff are very nice and helpful, but the lady of the night was little rude and not profesional. Breakfast was great, the Cheff did a great job and the personal in the morning did a good job. Facilities are good and handle with care."

"The staff was great, excellent bell service and front desk service. They made our stay as they're so postive and helpful eveytime you see them. We loved the staff! "I’d give this hotel 3 1/2 stars. The location is great if you have an early morning flight and staff was also friendly and polite. My biggest issue was that there was no hot water. I reported it to the front desk and was told maintenance would come by, but no one ever did, so I ended up having to shower in cold water. The room was supposed to be non-smoking, but there was still a noticeable smoke smell. The lobby also had a sewage-like odor, and the toilets flushed very slowly.

"My wife and I stayed here for an entire week. The place was great always clean, staff was great and helpful, locations is great, our room was great can’t say anything bad about this place. "The shuttle from the Miami airport was miserable. The hotel doesn't pick up at all of the hotel shuttle stops so unless you want to watch the ven drive by without stopping multiple times contact them first. On the other hand the shuttle TO the airport the next day was amazingly fast!
The door to the room wouldn't lock from the inside but would lock from the outside of you slammed it shut. Maintenance came quickly but had to switch rooms (great staff response and resolution).
