"Biscuits and room service menu were not in the room when we arrived. This was corrected and we were offered a free breakfast. I didn't find the beds particularly comfortable despite the blurb about them and the pillows were rock hard. The maid was rude when we said we weren't ready for her to clean the room. The restaurant menu was limited. It is not a cheap hotel but it seems that price is based on the location more than the facilities. "

"Extremely well located and reasonably priced. Read previous reviews and brought ear plugs for the music and nightlife downstairs, but they didn’t help much with the slammed doors and loud chatter of other guests in the early hours. That said, we knew it was a vibrant location with lots of late activities so it wasn’t unexpected! The heat in the room wasn’t working so they needed to bring up the space heater, and did so right away which was quite convenient. One of the mattresses in our triple room had a major dent but we were just two people so the other two beds sufficed. "
