We arrived on our first night during a public holiday, and unfortunately no service was available at that time. The heating in our room could not be adjusted, and it was very cold overnight. On the second day, the reception staff responded and brought us two heaters, which helped resolve the issue. Overall, the stay was not too bad; however, the location is slightly far from Lille and Paris.

I have been to some 5 star hotels, but Aurelia who welcomed us at reception, couldn’t do enough for us, prepared breakfast, dealt with people departing, all with such an amazing, fantastic and very special way. Whatever you are paying her you need to double this. I will definitely be going back to this hotel. Thank you Aurelia

Travelling from UK to Italy and stopped here for the night. We arrived at 11pm and needed a code to access the secure parking and hotel itself. Go to your expedia itinerary for this, not your email. Easy to access the car park and room once you have it. No staff were present. Our family room was clean and comfortable and just what we needed for one night before hitting the road again. Shower was great too. Didn't try the breakfast but looked like the typical continental style. Aldi and a bakery within walking distance.

Convenient place to overnight before catching the ferry. Quite liked the split level family room with attic-style mezzanine area. Good breakfast. Interesting and beautifully cared for WW1/CWGC cemetery nearby.

The hotel was fine, met our needs well. What was not fine was how the staff handled the internet outage that left them unable to check us in. The employee let us stand there for 15 minutes without even telling us what was going on, then just said, "sorry, I can access anything. I can't do anything". No apologies, no attempts to explain what was going on, no attempts to figure out a way to get us into our room that we had already paid for, no timelines. It was 9pm and the outage had already been going in for 1.5 hours, and we had 2 small children with us. Then his boss showed up after I insisted he find a solution, and she was less apologetic than him. After another hour she happened to figure out that outdoor code was already printed off and we could have had access to our room all along. When I asked for free breakfast because of the trouble she looked at me like I was crazy.

Séjour à oublier

Chambre au rez de chaussée à côté de la réception, assez bruyante. De plus une personne à toqué à la vitre de la fenêtre en pleine nuit. Séjournant à plusieurs reprises dans cette établissement au cours de l'année,une chambre un peu plus calme aurait été la bienvenue.
