Terrible service!

This hotel has terrible service. Don't stay here if you have expectations of customer service after 9pm nor expectations that the cleaning staff will refill ANYTHING in your room. I arrived back at the hotel on my second night and there is no one to communicate with because they completely shut down the front desk. I found there was no cleaning done in my room. I wanted a coffee but the pods weren't replaced and the kleenex box was empty. They advertise a whatsapp account if you have any questions. I sent a message an hour before they close but I never got a reply. They finally got back to me the next morning and they didn't even bother to ask what i needed help with. When I told them this, it took them 3 hrs to get back to me. What is the point of having this technology if it takes 3 hrs to get a reply and you ignore your guests when they need something? Additionally, the night entrance is in the back parking lot which is pitch black. I barely felt comfortable using this entrance, I can't imagine being a woman. This is unacceptable! No staff, no way to communicate after hours and an entrance that makes you feel unsafe . The room I had was nice and spacious and it provided all the basic necessities one would expect. Unfortunately, I had to open the window each night when i came back because the room had a weird smell as did the hallway. It went away after i opened the windows. Over-all a disappointing hotel and I would never stay in another saxx brand again.

Goed hotel in Hagen

Prima hotel in centrum Hagen. Ik had een Deluxe kamer op de bovenste verdieping. Groot, Nespresso-apparaat op de kamer. Geen last van het verkeer ondanks ligging in het centrum. Geen restaurant voor diner - restaurants op loopafstand. Prima ontbijt en een kleine Tiefgarage tegen betaling.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut eingerichtet und es war sehr sauber. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Es war direkt in der Nähe vom Stadtzentrum und zum Bahnhof waren es auch nur ca.10 Min Gehweg. Also einfach top, habe nix zu bemängeln!
