Only 15 min from Westfallenmesse. In a small village Herdecke. Butiful and quiet place near Dortmund. Hotel is located perfect, also butiful by the river. Hotel standard is very good, so We love it !

Excellent hotel for a good price!

Rooms are clean and the price is good as it also includes breakfast. The hotel is in a nice village near Dortmund with very nice scenery. I might come back next time. Recommanded!

Swimmingpool out of function and no compensation

We booked the hotel because of their swimmingpool so that our 5 year old son would get a reward after several hours of driving. When we got there and asked for the pool we were told that the swimmingpool was out of function. That information could easily have been added to their description of the hotel as it seemed it had been out of function for a while. They refused to give any kind of compensation and did not answer our conplaint afterwards.

We asked receptionist about a car parking space and she said there was none available but we could look around we didn’t know where to start luckily a male receptionist told us where there would be one and later we got parked at hotel. We were staying for 6days and on the 4th day there was a party downstairs in a function room just below us we were on the first floor all we heard was boom boom even the bathroom pipes were rattling it went on until 2.45am we had been given no warning, we checked out on the Monday and I told the receptionist we weren’t happy about being kept awake and he apologised. We will not be going back.

Wir kommen jedes Jahr zur gleichen Zeit in dieses Hotel und sind mit der Preis/Leistung mehr als zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert, sehr sauber und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbüffet enthält eine große Auswahl. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

Die Zimmer waren schick und sauber. Ein Babybett wurde uns auch (ohne Anfrage nach einem Beistellbett) aufs Zimmer gestellt. Schöne Lage des Hotels - Minigolf, Spielplatz hinter dem Hotel & trotzdem ist man schnell in Dortmund City. Wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht aus dem Zimmer, mit wirklich großem Balkon. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls Klasse. Nur ein paar Leute vom Personal, hätten manchmal noch gerne etwas freundlicher sein dürfen.

Das CheckIn verlief freundlich und ging super schnell. Die Lage an der Ruhr ist toll, und direkt am Ruhrtal-Radweg gelegen. Stellplätze für Fahrräder sind in der Tiefgarage vorhanden. Das Zimmer war sauber und Modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch ausreichend an Auswahl und von super Qualität und das Personal war aufmerksam und freundlich. Wie wir es schon in Unna in dem Riepe Hotel nicht anders kennengelernt haben. Tolle Familiengeführte Hotelgruppe.

Parkering var god, personalet godt, rengøring i top, maden lækker og lækkert pool område og flotte omgivelser. dog var der kraftig lugt af cigaret røg i receptionen ved ankomst hvilket nok skyldes placering af askebære lige ved ingangen til foyeren. Hovedpuderne var meget bløde hvilket gjorde søvnen svær for en med problemer med nakken. Men stadig et sted der klart er værd og genbesøge
