Hotel Mesra LGBT di Dorking

"O quarto estava extremamente limpo e organizado, a localização do hotel é excelente, a poucos metros do metrô West Brompton o q facilitou mt a nossa locomoção pela cidade e gostaria de salientar tb o atendimento de todos os funcionários que sempre foram mt educados e gentis conosco. A única observação q faço é que a cama de casal são duas de solteiro unidas e o quarto é um pouco pequeno, cm mencionado em alguns comentários, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado a nossa estadia. Cm sugestão, acho q...

"The room was well equipped, spacious and comfortable, and staff eere friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the location of the hotel, very handy to Hanmersmith Station. The was some dampness in the carpet outside the door to the bathroom, but staff promised to take care of this once I mentioed it to them. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, as we had to check out early."

"the managers were helpful carrying our cases up and down two fcloors. no lift there. we found the menu had the same thing on every night. i am a diabetic type two and not everything i could eat apart from the beef steak pie and chicken with rice. i did not want the peppercorn sauce but i asked for gravyt which was bought to me when i had nearly finished the meal. room service could have been better. sometimes no milk ortea bags . one occasion waste paper basket not emptied and cups...

"Staff excellent very helpful. Rooms very clean. Superstore right beside though did not use. Parking was limited and a bit tight tricky in last spaces but we managed. Food and drinks in the hotel as you would expect and not silly prices. I would definitely use again as overnight stop for early flight out. Thanks"
