It was a nice resort. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful view. We had breakfast included, which was great, but no one could provide us with pricing for any of the restaurants on the property. They had QR codes that led to menus, but they were sparse. It also was our 30th wedding anniversary, and the hotel didn't recognize it at all.

This Hilton property located on the southern coast of Sardinia was fantastic. The units are located up the hill and overlook the Med. Sea. The short walk down to the private and staffed beach was always clean and cared for. The room view is amazing and the room clean and spacious. The staff is excellent (and I am not saying that lightly). Across the street is another Hilton property and one has access to their facilities (i.e., Restaurants'/Spa). I got in 3 sessions of tennis with the resort pro/master on the clay courts (very well cared for) during our 7 days. In Chia, which has a remote feel to it, not crowded with views of the mountains to the north, the 'flamingo' lagoon to the east and the sea to the south. We walked up the hill to our unit, but the resort has staff driven carts to get one up or down and over to the beach or the other Hilton Resort. This resort was worth every penny/euro that we spent!

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. Adriana, the front office manager, was especially great, and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating with our kids. The grounds and beach were beautiful, and our villa was amazing. A perfect spot for a family vacation!

The beach was the highlight here! The room was a bit worn but comfortable. Sea view was great and balcony was a bonus. Really nice staff, and great breakfast. At $425, it was spendy, but pretty fair for such a unique and amazing location.

Dream location and comfortable stay

Very comfortable hotel in an amazing location. Wonderful beaches with clear water and white sand. Views to die for and very nice and welcoming staff. The only thing that could have been better is the dinner alternatives. But all in all we had a fantastic vacation here and will definitively come back.

Best beaches in Sardignia

This hotel was really nice: Margherita, the host was amazing ! Super smiley and helpful. The property is really nice, the beaches are amazing BEST beaches in Sardignia. Golf carts were always helping us move. The rooms are nice, but the bathrooms were pretty average. Also, would improve or add dinner options.

Loved the sea view from our room and the little walk to restaurants and the beach. Surprised by the sun bed allocation - it seems the room you book determines which row you can have a sun bed in unless you pay extra! Flow restaurant was excellent if expensive. There were a couple of power cuts whilst we were there which was unfortunate and not the hotels fault - a complimentary drink would have been a nice touch as it was an inconvenience. Overall a beautiful relaxing location which I would recommend

Great location, love the easy access to beautiful beaches! Great hospitality from the staff. We did have to change rooms as we spent our first night in a room with damn and mold problems. They were able to move us next door albeit the bathroom was smaller. There was still some signs of mold in the bathroom but it didn’t smell of damn. I would have expected the room to be better considering the price of the room we had paid for.

Where to start.. The Conrad cancelled our booking with 36 hours notice with no explanation or compensation. Disgraceful customer service The Conrad then offered us a room at their sister hotel (Bai di Chia) but at a rate that was £1000 more expensive than i could secure myself directly.... A move that further added insult. - All very stressful... Flights had been booked independently so we had no option but to persist and fly to Sardinia as originally planned.. We elected to stay at the Baia di Chia begrudgingly. Upon arrival we could not check in until gone 5pm as rooms were not ready. The room we were given was small and in need of refurbishment. Bathroom facilities were very dated and the installation of the shower door problematic The shower flooded both the bathroom and bedroom within 2 minutes of use - This took me an eternity to clean up and make safe after the fact. We were then moved to another room.

Inmitten üppiger Vegetation in den Berg gebaute Bungalows. Es kommt in der Anlage zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl auf in einer Hotelanlage zu sein. Einzig störend die Hellhörigkeit der aneinander gebauten Bungalows, vor allem wenn die Libido der Raumnachbarn lauthals geteilt wird Das Essen und der Service sind von bester Qualität und das Dinner in seiner Abwechslung spiegeln die sardische Küche. Insgesamt für uns eine Empfehlung

Toller Strand und Meer. Großzügige sehr gepflegte Anlage in der Natur. Kleine Häuschen mit Zimmern zum wohlfühlen (superior Delux mit Lagunenblick). Leider entspricht das Essen/ Dinner nicht einen 5 Sterne Hotel. Wenig Auswahl und der Service ist sehr bemüht aber nicht perfekt.

Premetto che conosco la struttura in quanto già clienti, penso di non ritornarci mai più’, malgrado la spiaggia e il servizio Monte Cogoni sia eccellente. Ristorazione pessima, servizio di sala lento e non professionale, assenza di maitre, menu alla carta estremamente ridotto e di qualità scadente. A volte è stata lunga l attesa anche per il servizio navette. Camere non insonorizzate, si percepisce qualsiasi rumore delle stanze vicine. Il kit da bagno probabilmente lo stesso delle pensioni. Qualsiasi richiesta alla reception non erano in grado di esaudirla, praticamente servizi inesistenti. Solo per la location merita le 5 stelle assegnate, il resto qualificabile a malapena in un anonimo 3 stelle .

Det var dårlig opplyst om på forhånd at det var ulike grenser for hva du fikk tilgang til ift hvilket rom du hadde bestilt. Å få tildelt rad to og tre på stranden som nesten var folketom, virker gjerrig og lite serviceminded, og måtte betale for leie av tennis racketer det samme. Ingen opplysning fra hotellet om restauranter eller andre ting i nærheten. Stranden var fint, og renhold veldig bra.

C’est sympathique, mais il y a deux problèmes importants : –l’hôtel a un accord avec les compagnies de taxi et vous ne pouvez pas les réserver en direct. Ils affichent des tarifs exorbitants : 75 € pour faire 20 km. Sans doute pour vous obliger à rester à l’hôtel. Ce n’est pas acceptable. Et c’est prohibitif –Restauration de qualité très médiocre, industrielle , sans variation pdt 10 j Les pâtisseries sont de mauvaise qualité, café très amère, le tout pour un prix de 50 € en moyenne par personne au dîner ! etc.

Richtig entspannend

Tolle Lage, ruhig und entspannend. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer war genial. Personal super freundlich. Schade, wurde das Dinner immer als Buffet serviert. Das Essen war aber trotzdem sehr gut.
