Frau Römer responded immediately to our questions and requests per email and reserved a junior suite with sea view as possible upgrade in advance. "Wellness Area in the 4. floor with view over the Baltic sea. short distances to center , beach , and shopping area.. I was given a room at the back of the building, at the end of the hallway, where there were Wi-Fi problems. They were able to help me with the Wi-Fi issue. No water dispenser in the wellness area."

"Very comfortable hotel, spa was well furnished and quiet. Was a little dismayed to have a staff member open the door to the sauna and give a 5 minute lecture on the need to sit on towels while using it, towels were all brown from the benches afterwards. Excellent breakfast and outstanding shower. Rooms were a little hot and some air con would have been nice. Staff were very friendly and efficient. "
