"The room was clean, the air conditioner was not working enough to keep the room cool but it was running and kept the room semi-cooled. It was kind of confusing to find the driveway in. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast buffet was nice as well."

"This is a good place to stay, although it looks like it needs a bit of freshening up. We stayed in October, and I'm guessing the place was pretty well used over the summer - it's in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. The hallway carpets had bleach stains on them and the wallpaper and walls around the elevator were pretty beat up. The housekeeping does a great job - our room was very clean and in good shape. The housekeepers were busy at work most of the daytime - it was clear that weren't just hurrying through the rooms. I would fully expect the carpets and walls in the hallways to be fixed up in time for next Summer (2027)."
