Hotel is dirty , old. low maintain, its near to good cheap restaurant, not a nice place for families, i was by my self its ok, cheap but not a pleasant experiences,

Smelly Bathroom and poor service

The bathroom was so smelly that you can even smell the bad odor inside the bedroom. The service is poor. For simple request, it will take hours.

The interior of the rooms are old, there is no shower curtain water runs all over the place. And at checking in after scanning our paspoorts they didn't want to give our paspoorts right away. That was a bit odd, after 30 min I could retrieve it at the lobby.

In the reception, the one in charge, Indian, was not caring about us standing in front of him. Instead he kept taking in the phone, after done he started arranging some papers; putting them on top of each other in their place until I said HELLO in an annoyed voice than he looked at us and said just a minute now I am with you ok you have reservation online and all was in place. Condition of the place was just ok

我們的住房有廚房、中型冰箱、客廳，空間算大。 服務生友善、好客，對我們提出來的問題，都盡快解決。 有附早餐。總體來說，性價比高。 但電磁爐無法使用(服務生有來換新，但還是不能用，原因不明)。 旅館面對家俱巿集，上班時間，人、車很多。

it was okay

not too bad not too good of a stay..average i guess..staff very friendly very helpful always smiling!!!! but few issues.had a request to tell a staff and did not pass to the other staff like late check out, having separate reservations and wanted to stay on the same room (we did stay on the same room but we told them upon check in that we have separate bookings), also we head out to move our things to a different place and were ask if we were checking out twice after stating that we are not and not even handed keys to them nor approach them to. upon arriving you get 2 coffee sachets but after the housemaids clean the room you only get 1 but they know that there's 2 in the room and 1 towel as well (not too fuss about the coffee but i guess its a gesture to give another).a (its a matter of staff communication really as my self having hotel work experience )

A convenience stay

We has an overnight stay before departure to Doha early morning on the next day. The hotel room was perfect for three of us with good working air conditioning despite the hot temperature and very clean. I love the fact that we can park our car at the hotel and call Freephone for bus shuttle to collect us on the day we arrived from our holiday. A free breakfast served from 4.30am was a real bonus.
