great location right at the downtown

my first time to Doha. All hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. We have 15 people stay in 4 two bedrooms suites. Each two bedroom suite is super spacious and tastefully decorated. Serve fantastic breakfast too.

it was nice stay with my family, I was requesting 2 bedroom apartment at 34th floor facing to the sea. location was perfect nearby to city center and Cornish street. I recommend this hotel.

Perfect for families

We stayed in a suite for 6 days. We booked a 2-bedroom suite but we got a 4-bedroom suite. The suite was clean, tidy and fully furnished, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable and there is a TV in each bedroom. The room service is excellent, and the hotel offers an indoor playing area for the kids from age of 3, where kids can play for free without the supervision of their parents (from 9 am till 8 pm).

Nice Residence Suite Apartment

This was a great place to stay with friends as we celebrated a birthday. The full service apartment was way better than expected. 4 bedroom 4 bathrooms but only one with a soaking tub. I would surely be back again. Also there is a beach nearby but it is not for relaxing. We believe that there is construction going on there.

Overall the suite was perfect except the toilet was stretched and the shower was in poor condition, i liked the kitchen that was prepared with all cooking stuff, the A/C was crazy that works automatically even when i closed it and the controlling on the difficult

Stayaction during cycling race

My family and I had to relocate to the West Bay Kempenski location to avoid road closures during the cycling race. While it was a tough situation due to the transition for our toddler & newborn; the staff at the kempenski went above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional. They consistently checked to see if we needed anything. The concierge even had the chef send a fabulous congratulations cake for us to celebrate having a new baby. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Bad service and dishonost staff

My stay at this hotel was bad because of the bad quality of the room service. It was the first ftime for me to have a very low standards services at 5 star hotel like this. They never clean the suite till I call them about 5 pm. They did not bring the newspaper as usaul every morning. Staff at the reception most of the time were dishonot when we ask for any service.

A hotel is not the property it's the service

Late room servicing. In room dining from the night before picked up at 7 pm the next day!!! Had to call for the rom to be serviced at 4 pm. No coffee amenities anywhere to be found although on offer. The checkout was the ultimate a 20 minute discussion with the receptionist urging him to read the bill he gave me which was for a different room and different client. Then he charged my card again after having blocked it. A second receptionist to the rescue. Promises of faxing the adjustment. Nothing yet 3 days later. Won't be going there again
