Not clean. Broken shower, faulty drain, Very little utilities as listed in the kitchen. Rooms not maintained daily. Breakfast provided sparse. Very disappointing especially as review on Expedia stated hotel suitable. I have taken photos.

Ok hotel but not good kitchen experience

Ok location for the money you pay and good customer service (slow but ok). However I was extremely disappointed with the kitchen. Breakfast was meant to be served from 6.30am but when I got downstairs after 7.15am there was still no food as chef didn’t turn up to work yet. Eventually got food at 8am which was very late for my 3 year old daughter. When we wanted to have a light lunch at 11.30am as we had an overseas flight to catch, we were told none of the two chefs were in the kitchen again. Airport shuttle was good (used it both ways) - although the van used on a pick up night had plenty to be desired (super old model and the seat belts did not work).

What a dump

The photographs reflect the hotel a decade ago. The room was very old. the balcony was filthy. The gym was hot and dirty and each of the three running machines malfunctioned (one even gave me an electric shock). We tried the restaurant but the first 4 things we ordered were not served. I also pre-ordered the shuttle to collect us from the airport, but when I got there, nobody had a clue about it. Do not go here!

Hôtel ancien mais qui garde son charme. Situation correcte à proximité de la ville. Personnel super gentil et aimable, le top. Par contre, propreté moyenne (l'essentiel bains/WC est ok, mais l'état global n'est pas à 100%), pas de salle de sport, piscine fermée justement lors de mon séjour, rue bruyante car les fenêtres ne ferment pas bien, voisins hyper bruyants. Restaurant attenant à l'hôtel très bien et petit dèj copieux. Hôtel sauvé par la gentillesse de son personnel.

There is a lot of problems with this hotel,on entering there were no clean towels for us to shower, we requested them 4 times finally getting them 8hrs later. Opened the wardrobe and the door fell off,tried to turn the TV on with the remote and found there were no batteries in the remote,the SAFE did not work assume the batteries were flat and it was not secured had to request for Toilet paper and the final straw Requested a wake-up call for 4.30am which did not happen. Fortunately we woke in time.Buffet Breakfast was not provided as stipulated on booking.Location POOR.

Personal an Rezeption und Restaurant war einfach klasse. Vielen Dank an euch! Dafür war die Sauberkeit und der Zimmerservice sehr schlecht. Böden waren überall dreckig und Bäder und Küche schmutzig. Wenn man das echte Doha sehen möchte, ist das eine sehr passende Gegend mit viel Multikulti auf den Straßen. Deswegen aber auch nachts relativ laut.

Provided free complimentary water over the 2 bottles. Although the booking was for 2 persons there were towels for only 2. Kitchen has all the immenities except for and oven. Location is not easily accessible to main roads. Using google maps the directions were circuitous. The taxi drivers are not familiar with this hotel.

Don't come here, find another place

This was the worst hotel experience ever. In search for a better word, a dump. Hotel was nothing like in the pictures on the site, it was old, oudated, dirty and smelly. We arrived late and just wanted to go to sleep, but nope. First room we got had unchanged, dirty sheets, which were just tucked in as they were clean. We got a new room at 2am, the bed sheets were clean in this one, but some of the pillow cases smelled like men's perfume, so I guess they weren't that clean after all. But not only the sheets, the room was dirty and full of suspicious spatters on the walls and the sofa; all of the counters, tables and even the toilet seat was sticky and felt dirty. Wanted to take as shower, but it was so dirty, that we changed our mind. Closet doors and mirrors were full on hand prints. Even shoes got stuck to the floors they were so sticky. Overall feeling was that you want to get out of there asap and find a proper place to stay, we would have done that if wouldn't t have been 3am already. We were very dissapointed. The staff and their friendliness on the first night saves experience a little bit, they were very helpful, but on the checkout, nobody said anything to us, just took the key, without mentioning was all ok now or not. Oh the breakfast - not that good, but ok. There was no buffet breakfast, so we just got some pita warmed in microwave, sausage-bell pepper-sautee-thing, boiled eggs and coffee and tea. But yeah, save your money and go somewhere else, please.

Hotel nicht empfehlenswert

Das Hotel war so ĺa La. Von der Sauberkeit abgesehen. Die Handtücher waren so schmutzig (obwohl sie gerade aus dem Trockner kamen) konnten wir nicht benutzen. Sei Suite hatte 2 Bäder. Die eine Dusche war so verdreckt, das wir uns geeckelt haben, die Tür überhaupt zu öffnen. Also das Hotel ist eine Zumutung.wirklich nicht zu empfehlen.
