I stayed for several days at the Green Park and enjoyed the whole experience. The restaurant chef cooks great food, pricing is on point and the staff is really friendly and polite. I have to recommend Gökhan, Akif and Yasin by name because they helped me way more than they get paid for. They made me feel comfortable while being far away from home. Loved my stay and will return! Thank you

Best location for shopping

We stayed for one night. We were very comfortable in our room, the bathroom was clean. They had a perfect breakfast.

The sound of singing and music annoys the room guests every night, there is no bathroom maintenance and the staff does not speak English

The staffs at the reception were the worst. It happened when I wanted to check in. I booked a 2 deluxe suite room and without informing us, the staff gave a normal double room. I had babies and an elderly with me. We went up and realised that is not the room we paid for. I went down and the staff said the price you paid for is for this room. I told them speak to expedia then because the prices are from them. He said the prices are wrong on Expedia. He then changed me to another room which was not what I booked and after I insisted of not changing room, only then they gave the room that we booked. On top of that, the room was noisy. The hotel's restaurant was playing music until 12am. I asked the reception if there is anything they can do about it. I have two babies who were trying to sleep and an elderly in another room. The staff blamed me saying that I am the only one who doesnt want music in my room. Other guests want it. I told her if I want music, I will go your restaurant. I booked a room to rest and sleep, especially if I have small babies. To add that the toiled was clogged and the room was not really clean. I have booked at the other Green Park Hotels before and this is the worst so far. I really do not recommend staying here unless you want bad treatment and music until 12am in your room. Another option is Demir Hotel which has a better location. I added another star for cleaning staffs who were friendly and the location of thr breakfast, which was historical.

An Hygiene muss noch gearbeitet werden. Der erst Zimmer denn die uns gegeben haben hat stark nach Zigaretten gerochen , die Hantücher , die Bettwäsche stank Extrem nach Zigaretten.

Hotels sisteminde 5 yıldız görünüyor fakat otel 4 yıldızlı. Çok önemli bir detay değil fakat bence bu otel 4 yıldız olabilecek standartlarda değil. Perdelerden halıya varıncaya kadar çok kötü (kirden artık renk ayrımı yapılamıyor) çoğu şey artık ömrünü tamamlamış.

Das Zimmer war ok. Im Restaurant gab es Livemusik bis 24:00 Uhr da dass man nach einem langen Tag nicht schlafen konnte. Mit Englisch kamen wir nicht weiter. Außer Cavit an der Rezeption konnte keiner Englisch und er war sehr hilfreich.

Une bonne etape

Hotel au centre historique, staff tres sympa et aidant. Chambre qui necessiterait une renovation mais confortable. PdJ tres bien dans une salle qui sert aussi pour des concerts locaux...je recommande d y assister. Wi-Fi tres bien un point a ameliorer le menage a faire chaque jours dans la chambre, au moiins un coup d aspirateur et vider les poubelles..
